  		Hmmmmm..... just wanted to clear issues. They set the rules, they set the policy. We follow but they cannot upkeep. And we just say and critisize.... Anything wrong? Enlighten me please....

  		Not being vulgar or rude..... If your own colleagues done wrong to others or your vision went wrong, so instead of apolgising for the inconvinience, you fault others..... correct way?

  		My advise.... If you set a competition rules and others must follow than you should not be incompetent unless the whole system is burst. If so, come out with a notification and do apologise instead of faulting others with yellow or red whatever card, make no difference. You want more people to participate in your web, right? So please give a deep thought if you want more traffic to your site. Good luck!
