Hello everyone, I’d like to share a few thoughts about my approach to playing football (soccer). After experiencing many ups and downs in this sport, I’ve developed my own style and strategies:
Only play major matches, avoid "run" games that make me feel stressed.
I play 1-2 matches a month, but I go big. Sometimes, I don’t play for 2-3 months.
I play when I feel mentally and emotionally comfortable, and when I feel lucky.
Limit exposure to football information (to avoid overthinking). I only update myself on key issues that might affect the clubs and matches.
Maintain emotional control when losing (I encourage everyone to take up physical activities like running to boost mental and emotional well-being).
Avoid relying on football-related income. |
